KABO terms and Cancellation Policy

KABO is a small local studio whose operations rely on courses, workshops, private lessons, and open studio sessions. Thank you for respecting our cancellation policy, which helps us plan our schedule and offer any available spaces to other participants.

By making a booking or purchasing a voucher, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Courses and Workshops

Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 weeks before the course or workshop. In this case, the paid fee will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the event are non-refundable.
You are welcome to send someone else in your place, such as a family member or friend.
If a course or workshop is cancelled by KABO, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Private Lessons

Private lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the lesson will be charged the full lesson fee.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone else in your place.
If a private lesson is cancelled by KABO, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Open Studio

Open Studio bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the session will be charged the full booking fee.
You are welcome to send someone else in your place.
If an Open Studio session is cancelled by KABO, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
We recommend booking your session well in advance, especially during busy periods when availability may be limited.
Voucher validity cannot be extended, and unused vouchers expire after their stated validity period.
Vouchers may be transferred to another person during their validity period.
