WORKSHOP MATCHA SET
Come and create your own ceramic matcha set – a handmade matcha bowl, a whisk holder (chasen stand), and, if time allows, a small cup in the size of your choice.
We’ll begin with the bowl – the heart of the matcha ritual – and then gently move on to shaping the whisk holder and cup, depending on your own pace. The workshop flows in a calm rhythm, with an emphasis on personal experience, so even complete beginners will feel safe, relaxed, and inspired.
Why matcha?
Matcha is more than just green tea – it’s a ritual, a pause, a return to the present moment. Finely ground tea leaves, used for centuries in Japanese tea ceremonies, carry with them focus, purity, and a quiet sense of inner peace. And handmade ceramics deepen this experience – the feel of clay, a form that fits naturally in your hands, and the knowledge that your bowl came to life through your own touch transforms everyday preparation into a personal, grounding ritual.

An apron or an old T-shirt that doesn't matter if it gets dirty.
RECOMMENDATION
I recommend short nails if you don't want to constantly clean scratches :)
After workshop

The workshop is followed by drying process and two firings.

After the first firing, it is necessary to glaze the pieces by your chosen colour, I will take care of the glazing for you

You will be able to pick up the finished products after the phone appointment within approx. 5-6 weeks
For the workshop to happen is necessary to fill at least 4 participants.
In the case of unfulfilled capacity I will contact you with an alternative date.
